14th Star Brewing Co.

14th Star Brewing Co. is a veteran-owned Vermont craft brewery "Brewed with a Mission™" to create world-class beer while giving back to our nation’s veterans and our local community. From humble beginnings as a business plan drafted on the back of a battle notebook on the battlefields of Afghanistan, 14th Star has become one of the fastest growing breweries in Vermont. Check out our website or Facebook page to learn more about our beer, Taproom events, and charitable efforts.

Against The Grain

We are committed to baking gluten free products using the natural properties of real foods. We combine innovative, artisan baking techniques with naturally gluten free ingredients to stabilize, bind, and leaven our breads. In fact, we don't use a single ingredient that you couldn't find in your own pantry. The result is a line of products with absolutely no compromise in taste, quality, and texture.

American Flatbread

Each American Flatbread oven is built by hand and, when possible, reflects the local geography.  For instance, our oven at the Marble Works in Middlebury has been built with a marble base, local to Middlebury.  Our oven in Burlington Hearth is built of red rock, a common rock in the Burlington area.

We think of the American Flatbread Oven as a hearth for the whole community; it is a place to gather, break bread, and share.

It is the mission of American Flatbread to provide good, flavorful, nutritious food that gives both joy and health, and to share this food with others in ways sustainable to all.

Small batch size and attention to detail transform nature's sweetest gift into the finest honey wine available. www.artesanomead.com.

Barr Hill
Barr Hill Table 12

Barr Hill Gin
Barr Hill Gin is our ode to the hardworking bees of the Northeast. Each batch is distilled in our custom-built botanical extraction still. The juniper-forward botanicals are brought to a perfect balance by the floral depth of the raw honey. The results are distinctive and unparalleled. How do we extract such complexity from simple raw materials? Our secrets are kept in the hive.
Barr Hill Vodka
Barr Hill Vodka is our tribute to the hardworking beekeepers. In late summer, we take delivery of hundreds of barrels of their pure raw honey. Their season’s work is what makes our vodka truly special. Our recipe depends on two simple principles: we never heat the honey prior to fermentation and we never distill more than twice. Our technique preserves the wild yeast and the rich aromatics of nectar - delivering the floral depth of wildflower fields straight to your glass.
Barr Hill Tom Cat Gin
Tom Cat Gin is an expedition into uncharted territories. Once distilled, we age the gin in new American oak barrels in search of a bolder expression. The robust character of the new oak barrel mingles with the coniferous quality of the juniper, yielding an enticing aroma. A touch of raw honey leaves this revolutionary spirit remarkably approachable, whether drinking neat or in a cocktail. When the world called for whiskey, we answered resolutely with gin.

Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream
