Barr Hill Vodka
Barr Hill Vodka is our tribute to the hardworking beekeepers. In late summer, we take delivery of hundreds of barrels of their pure raw honey. Their season’s work is what makes our vodka truly special. Our recipe depends on two simple principles: we never heat the honey prior to fermentation and we never distill more than twice. Our technique preserves the wild yeast and the rich aromatics of nectar - delivering the floral depth of wildflower fields straight to your glass.
Barr Hill Tom Cat Gin
Tom Cat Gin is an expedition into uncharted territories. Once distilled, we age the gin in new American oak barrels in search of a bolder expression. The robust character of the new oak barrel mingles with the coniferous quality of the juniper, yielding an enticing aroma. A touch of raw honey leaves this revolutionary spirit remarkably approachable, whether drinking neat or in a cocktail. When the world called for whiskey, we answered resolutely with gin.

Cabot Creamery Co-operative has been in continuous operation in Vermont since 1919, and makes a full line of cheeses, Greek yogurt, sour cream, cottage cheese and butter. Our Original Caramel is a classic velvety, spoonable caramel which balances toffeed sweetness with the bright freshness of our local goat's milk. We make it in the traditional way that its Mexican inspiration, cajeta, is made - in large copper pots with long slow stirring over flame until the perfect flavor and thickness is achieved. Long Wind Farm began in 1984 with Dave Chapman and a team of oxen. For three decades, we have provided New England with truly delicious and organic tomatoes. Grown in Vermont soil in glass greenhouses, our tomatoes are available as early as March and as late as December each year.
Lost Nation Brewing is a small, independent brewery located in Northern Vermont. Olivia’s is a company that I started in my home kitchen in 1991. We have grown steadily and recently moved into our new, 26,000 square foot facility in Brandon Vermont. We supply food service and retail products to accounts across the US and Canada. We are continuing to grow our business with our new capacity in our new facility. Smoke 40 accomplishes the impossible by marrying smoke with an IPA. Using a 40% smoked malt base,

the mix. Think charcoal grilled pineapple slices as you drink this amazingly complex beer.

Vermont Common Crackers are the original “cracker barrel” crackers. Since 1828 they’ve been a staple in New England country stores, stored in a wooden barrel next to the cheese counter and sold by the scoop. Despite the name, there’s nothing common about these crackers—in fact, The Vermont Country Store is the only company still making them—and there’s really no other cracker like them. They are crunchier and slightly drier than most crackers today. That’s why they keep so well, and travel without crumbling.
Our Coulommiers-style cheese, Lillé is handmade in small batches, aged in its own special room, and regularly turned. The delicate rind develops evenly with a white downy bloom.
