Fun Off Site Dinner Ideas for Your Next Meeting

July 31, 2019

Off-Site Dinners and events add to your program or event, boost enthusiasm and help to create memories for your attendees. The Vermont Convention Bureau can help you to plan the perfect events for your group.

Dinner at the Event Barn at Kelley Way Gardens at the Woodstock Inn & Resort, is an authentic farm to table experience, a Lakeside Shore Lobster dinner at Basin Harbor is quintessentially New England, a closing reception at Shelburne Sugarworks, a real Maple Sugar House, complete with a band is an absolute Vermont affair! Other options are sky-high, literally, when you dine at the top of one of our mountain resorts such as the Lodge at Spruce Peak or Killington Grand Resort & Conference Center. Taking a chair lift or gondola to the top adds to the overall ambiance of the night.

There are a number of settings at Shelburne Museum such as the Round Barn, the Brick House or the Ticonderoga that offer amazing historical event spaces for your group. Southern Vermont Arts Center is a great venue for a reception while strolling exhibits or dinner at the Celebration Barn at the Inn at Manchester or at the Pond Pavillion at the Equinox Resort & Spa provide truly unique Vermont settings.  Last but not least, A wine tasting reception at Shelburne Vineyard is a fun way to finish off an event!

The Vermont Convention Bureau team is here to offer expert advice and help you to find the off-site activities and venues that will make your next program a success. Submit an RFP to the Vermont Convention Bureau by August 16, 2019 and win Lake Champlain Chocolates. Contact us today to get started!
